MOM Construction was set up in 2008 when its founder & Managing Director John Boyle saw an opportunity in a contracting building environment, to encapsulate all construction & management services into one company. Since then MOM Services has grown from strength to strength and has established itself has a leader in the construction and building sector.
Large Build & Design Projects
When clients with complex, large scale build projects want a single source for Engineering, Procurement and Construction, they select MOM Construction for delivery. We act as a single point of contact for the project carrying out the detailed engineering design, procuring all the equipment and materials, and then constructing to deliver a functioning facility to our client.
Office Fit Out
Whether it’s an office refurbishment or from-scratch solution, careful planning and a large amount of experience to draw upon are both prerequisites when it comes to creating the perfect environment. You need a team who know how to put it all together. We talk extensively with you in order to understand what your company does, how it does it, and to learn how all of it can be improved on.
Bespoke Fit Out -Retail & Private
We harness our expertise through systems and procedures specifically developed for bespoke fit-out work to ensure a first class delivery. We have particular experience of working in 'live' environments and are fully aware of the planning, coordination and management issues that need to be addressed to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Private Residential Works
MOM Construction has undertaken large and small greenfield builds. We pride ourselves on our accurate scheduling and our attention to detail, especially fine detail related to finished plaster and paintwork. Our experienced Project Manager will be in regular communication with you and your architect regarding the progress of your job. MOM Construction has developed a reputation for realising innovative and modern design concepts. We have experience in the innovative use of specialist materials and finishes.
Conservation Works
We are proud to have helped to restore, conserve and repair historic and listed buildings that will continue to provide a fitting testament to the client and experience and workmanship of our team. Our policy of using the least obtrusive techniques possible, striving to maintain the patina of façades and tailoring solutions for each particular conservation or restoration project.
